Our semi-private sessions are held for a small group of up to 4 people to allow for a more personal experience. They are tailored to your individual needs, dependant on what you need on the day. The duration of these sessions is 90mins to allow for a deep level of relaxation.
Exchange: $45 You can purchase a #5 pass for $200 on our booking page. This pass ha a strict expiry date of 2 months. You are welcome to contact YBS directly if you have any questions

At YBS we provide private sessions for both Restorative and YogAlign. These sessions are good for anyone wanting to get a deeper understanding of each of the practices, or for anyone just beginning there journey into health and wellness.

This is one hour long and is great for anyone who is time poor. It’s also a great session for anyone who has not experienced Restorative yoga before. The session consists of some breath work to begin with helping you to get grounded, and then some relaxing poses that support and also recharge your system so that you are able to step back into the fast lane feeling like there is fuel in your tank.

FLOW CLASS
YOGA/PILATES

Our Flow class is based on the principles of YogAlign, using a combination of yoga asanas, Pilates and breathwork, focusing on muscular release to achieve good postural and body alignment.
If you sit at a desk all day then this class is for you, helping to correct that hunch over posture, relieving a tight back and shoulders.

CORE CLASS

We offer a core class working predominately on strengthening and activating your core muscles through a series of movements, some using Pilates equipment, such as rings, blocks, straps and balls to enhance the experience. You can work within your own capabilities as each movement can vary the level of effort you add.

Here at YBS we offer various options of meditation. Each session involves 45min of finding your "Zen" through guided meditation, where you are able to sit or lie in a comfortable position. Cushions, bolsters and chairs are all available, so all that you are required to bring is an open heart and a willingness to sit/lay in the stillness of the moment.

Qi Gong
moving meditation

Qigong is a conscious practice of body movement, similar to Tai Chi, reducing stress, increasing health and vitality as well as developing spiritual perception and awareness. Qigong literally is working with the energy of life.
It is a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times, often stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial and lymph) and building awareness of how the body moves through space.

power down
relaxation

It's the end of the day and you've spent most of it in the fast lane. You're feeling weary but you can't seem to stop the mind. Through breathwork and a series of stresses, we shake off the ‘Grit’ from the day and start to ‘Power Down’. Then we move into our ‘relaxation pose’ for a guided body scan while letting the stresses of the day melt away

Stretch & Meditate

This class is offered to the late morning starters who want a gentle style of yoga. Based on our Flow class and the principles of YogAlign, Flow & Meditate offers more stretches, at a slower pace, with the addition of mindfulness practice for the last part of the class. If you don’t have to rush off to work and like to indulge in some ‘me’ time then why not try this class.

Saturday mash up
YOGA/PILATES & meditation

Saturday morning mash up is a great way to start your weekend. The session offers something for everyone: stretching, yoga moves, Pilates, core work, and finishes with a 20 min guided meditation. All done and ready for a great weekend!

This is a 3 hour session run monthly, where you can completely immerse yourself in the practice. Supporting you to shake off the 'grit' of a fast paced lifestyle and through the sequence, find yourself at the end feeling calm, relaxed and recharged. Give it a try, your nervous system will thank you for it.
